Next Steps Campaign

Content design, copywriting, graphic design, email marketing

The brief

Dementia Change Action Network had created a website for people waiting for a memory assessment. They needed an online campaign to raise awareness and drive people to it.

The approach

I developed a social media campaign and email outreach to drive traffic to the website, with messaging sensitive to the audience, being people navigating a difficult and often frightening period. Alongside this, I identified and mobilised a network of organisations to amplify the campaign, extending its reach beyond what a single channel could achieve.

The impact

In England, people wait an average of 13 weeks just for their first memory assessment after a GP referral. Getting this resource in front of people at that moment matters. The campaign successfully raised awareness of this resource, which is now widely signposted by the NHS, a recognition of the value of this campaign.
